I am surprised Canadian money launderer/residency purchaser devilspawn and Youtube “entrepreneurs” venture into Murka at all, as they have a playground at home.
That being said, Canadian DL not valid as a tourist? Both sides are deplorable here. Time for progressive penalties, and leave it at that.

The rest of the video supports the driver, but I cringed a little at the “Why is that any of your business?”, and the later “Of course, if goes on the officer’s record. I’ve done it before.” That first quote makes him sound needlessly confrontational, and the other one makes him sound like a repeat troublemaker.
Glad to see the officer at the station handle it so well though.

I’m sorry but I have zero sympathy for the entitled whiner.
“what are you doing California?” Is a VERY simple question that didn’t require the snark from the driver.
And in regards to him actually citing him for not driving without a CA license, yeah, he was wrong. But newsflash: officers are humans and they make mistakes! Instead of having a pissing contest with him and basically daring him to arrest you get the ticket thrown out later by citing the appropriate vehicle code section. Simple!
The officer wasn’t a dick in this case. He’s damn lucky he didn’t arrest him or tow his car.
Everyone is fucking combative now and it’s annoying.
